The location offered convenient access to public transport.
The check-in process was excessively long. Staff training seems insufficient as it took almost an hour. I located a toilet brush left in the toilet of the room I received.

I found the facilities to be quite clean and well maintained. the staff consistently provided helpful service. i particularly enjoyed the sauna and its rooftop views. It was a great feature. the hotel's decor and overall theme added a unique touch to the experience. i liked the heated flooring in the bathroom as well. the bed provided really good comfort.
i noticed that the pillows were too soft. i think that offering a firmer pillow option would greatly improve the experience with neck or shoulder issues. the hotel staff supplied more of the same, but a different style pillow would have been ideal.

the reception desk proved friendly and helpful. they efficiently resolved a minor issue with the room. the staff demonstrated kindness and professionalism. i saw them address issues promptly.

the rooms offer a modern finish and a lovely atmosphere. the premises smelled so good throughout. i found the bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. the rooms also have high ceilings adding space.

I must say, my visit wasn't flawless. i found a peculiar item-a random pair of fancy knickers abandoned by a previous guest. Seriously, yuck. the absence of a functioning gym throughout my visit proved disappointing too. I thought i would get in shape. a free drink barely softened the blow of missed workouts though.
